What you will do

  • Own and drive sales growth in the French and BENELUX markets, focusing on France.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities with CPOs, EMPs, automotive, and EVSE OEMs.
  • Manage and expand key accounts to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, lead generation, and campaigns.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events to build strategic relationships and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in France.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally in eMobility or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the French business environment and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, strategic relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong sales process, pipeline management, and CRM tool expertise.
  • Languages: French and English required.
