What you will do

• Scope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines.
• Lead Discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as solution architect on moderate to complex projects.
• Perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of hirify.global’s solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting during deployment.
• Analyze customer health and create plans to optimize AI agent performance.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in consulting.
• At least 4 years in a SaaS organization designing and deploying solutions.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in client/stakeholder management.
• Experience in implementation of SaaS products is a must.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, API integrations, and tools like Postman.
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for customization.
