What you will do
- Strategize and qualify leads with Partner Account Executives.
- Create and implement initiatives to maximize lead generation from key partners.
- Engage prospects via high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, and social outreach.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales teams.
- Analyze prospect business needs and develop personalized client solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, CX, and sales management teams.
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker with at least B1 English proficiency.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in customer satisfaction or project management.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
- Comfortable with high-volume cold-calling and proactive outreach.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, and self-motivated team player.
Nice to have
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel.
- Sales experience in SaaS or digital environments.
- Understanding of successful outbound campaign strategies.
