Sales Development Representative (LegalTech)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Milan hub (Hybrid)

Salary: €38,000 – €43,000 OTE

What you will do

• Act as a product expert and evangelist for the platform.
• Manage outbound leads and schedule demos for Account Executives.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer progression through the funnel.
• Execute lead-generation and nurturing initiatives to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Go-getter mentality with a strong drive to succeed.
• Curiosity to learn about the legal tech industry and scale-up operations.
• Legal background is considered a plus.
