What you will do

  • Analyze user journeys and funnels to identify key drivers of retention and lifetime value.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM lifecycle campaigns and measure their impact on engagement.
  • Build and refine multi-channel attribution models to support marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for CRM and campaign performance.
  • Conduct predictive analytics including churn prediction and LTV modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Must have 7+ years experience as a Data Analyst in B2C or subscription environments.
  • Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
  • Experience with CRM analytics, email marketing, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into business insights.
  • Ability to work fully remote within Europe.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with omnichannel CRM platforms.
  • Background in churn prevention and reactivation marketing.
  • Python skills for analysis and automation.
