Salary: $98,600–$197,200

What you will do

• Lead UX research projects throughout the product development lifecycle for software products and services
• Develop research plans, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Present research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Recruit and schedule research participants and conduct remote UX research
• Evangelize UX research and improve research processes and collaboration
• Mentor less experienced UX researchers and manage multiple projects

Requirements

• Location: Preferred in Atlanta, GA; in-office role preferred but remote considered at company discretion
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years professional experience in UX research in enterprise or complex software environments
• Experience with evaluative and generative research methods and data analysis
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
