What you will do

• Lead the Supply & Manufacturing platform delivery team with a DevSecOps mindset.
• Define and implement the digital strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a global delivery team across multiple geographies ensuring talent and capabilities.
• Oversee delivery of the digital & tech portfolio for Supply & Manufacturing domain.
• Engage in technology procurement and modernization decisions.
• Shape and implement delivery frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Sao Paolo, Hyderabad, or Madrid.
• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of IT/digital leadership experience in Supply & Manufacturing domain.
• Experience managing DevSecOps teams in complex SAP landscapes (SAP ECC, S4Hana, IBP/APO, MES, PLM, WMS/eWM, CMMS).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and business value alignment.
