What you will do

• Evaluate and resolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting.
• Provide application configuration to resolve incidents and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members on application functionality and capabilities.
• Collaborate in a 24/7 virtual team environment to manage risks and prevent escalations.
• Document change requests, test results, and approvals thoroughly.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure appropriate staffing levels for operations.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• 5-6+ years of relevant experience as a consultant or production support provider.
• Deep expertise in ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of support business processes and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment, including evenings and weekends.
