What you will do

• Lead venue and vendor sourcing, negotiate costs, and manage event budgets for APAC events.
• Coordinate event marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and event registration platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare speaking sessions and event materials.
• Manage onsite event delivery ensuring positive customer experience and sponsor package fulfillment.
• Track event roadmaps, update budgets, and handle post-event reporting and follow-up.
• Support the global experiential marketing team with ad hoc tasks and communication.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Excellent communication and administration skills with strong English proficiency.
• Experience in budgeting, project management, and live event delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite is beneficial.
• Experience in Games, Tech, or Software industries and B2B event management preferred.
