What you will do

• Design and execute long-term social roadmaps and content plans based on social listening and analytics.
• Lead the launch, moderation, and scaling of branded Facebook Groups and member recruitment.
• Develop overarching paid social strategies to increase website traffic and community growth.
• Coordinate with paid media agency partners, providing strategic briefs to ensure alignment.
• Oversee the creator and influencer marketing strategy, from talent identification to relationship management.
• Track KPIs for engagement and sentiment, utilizing data to iterate and optimize strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management within an agency or fast-paced brand.
• Deep expertise in the Filipino parenting space, including local digital habits and language.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling online communities, specifically Facebook Groups.
• Strong understanding of paid social media and the social-to-website conversion funnel.
• Experience in creator and influencer engagement from strategy to execution.
• Must be based in Manila/Makati to collaborate in person.
