What you will do

  • Develop and execute holistic social media strategies integrating brand-owned channels with creator-led campaigns.
  • Lead strategy, content creation, and community management for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Architect and manage the full scope of influencer marketing programs, from talent vetting to ROI measurement.
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Search, and Innovation teams to deliver cohesive omni-channel content.
  • Mentor and train the regional social media team, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Craft data-backed proposals and act as a trusted advisor to clients to win buy-in for strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on social media experience, preferably with a strong agency background.
  • Proven track record of designing integrated ecosystems combining brand channels and creator campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in the full lifecycle of influencer marketing and ROI analysis.
  • Experience working with clients in insurance, finance, healthcare, parenting, food, and beauty sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media, including budget management and A/B testing.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, or Malay is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social analytics and listening tools to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to plan and optimize paid social amplification for brand and creator content.
