What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase brand visibility in the local market.
• Oversee the implementation of outreach plans across various channels including influencers, YouTubers, and content creators.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with stakeholders and coordinate the outreach calendar.
• Negotiate and contract with influencers to ensure optimal project outcomes and ROI.
• Proofread and oversee branded content to ensure alignment with campaign messaging and timelines.
• Analyze performance of outreach initiatives and provide formal proposals for future strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in social media influencer strategy and management.
• Deep understanding of the local Malaysian KOL industry and outreach strategies.
• Ability to conduct industry research and data analysis to identify effective strategy approaches.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
