What you will do
- Own the entire content marketing lifecycle from planning and budgeting to publication and promotion.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact multi-platform campaigns to drive reach and user engagement.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets and channel mixes to achieve growth targets.
- Perform post-campaign ROI analysis, evaluating metrics like CAC, LTV, and sentiment for senior management.
- Handle communication tasks, including copywriting, product write-ups, and pitching to media or KOLs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and merchandising teams to implement emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience scaling B2C or eCommerce platforms.
- Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous campaign executions within strict timelines and budgets.
- Strong passion for anime (Mandatory/Otaku).
- Deep knowledge and exposure to global pop culture, entertainment, and fashion.
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur.
