What you will do
- Own the day-to-day moderation and overall health of the primary Facebook Group.
- Review and approve membership requests while analyzing entry data to better understand the audience.
- Engage with member posts and comments daily to spark conversations and provide support.
- Monitor member-generated content to ensure strict adherence to community guidelines.
- Analyze discussions to identify key themes and user pain points for regular performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create content inspired by community trends and conversations.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in community management or social media.
- Proven track record of managing and growing active Facebook Groups.
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Genuine interest in and understanding of the Food space.
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and local language.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to build trust with a diverse community of parents.
