What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of events and field marketing managers.
• Oversee execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events.
• Partner with the Field Sales Director to design and launch a regional field marketing program.
• Develop and execute localized marketing activations to attract prospects.
• Own the hirify.global Collective events for customer networking.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing and events.
• 2–3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience tracking results and reporting on ROI.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for events.
