Senior Business Analyst (AI Financial Management)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers to support accurate implementation.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows and propose scalable optimization solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, estimation preparation, demos, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and the use of AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Strong commercial Business Analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog structuring.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, API, and systems integration skills.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills and practical experience using AI-powered tools, including AI prompting.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial management or accounting systems.
• Understanding of financial accounting processes.
• Experience with advanced UX or prototyping tools.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product or business analysis workflows.
