What you will do

• Support technical implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of Atlassian solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise on Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligning business needs and technical requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues throughout project lifecycle
• Deliver training, documentation, and best practices to customer teams for knowledge transfer
• Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• Must be located in Australia or able to work remotely from Australia
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as Atlassian Consultant or Administrator
• Proven expertise with Atlassian products including installations, upgrades, integrations, and training
• Strong communication skills including workshop facilitation and documentation
• Experience with Agile methodologies, scripting languages, SQL, and ITIL/ITSM principles
