Location: Remote, Americas; employment is available in countries where hirify.global has a legal entity.

Base pay: $159,300–$207,975 in Zone A, $143,370–$187,178 in Zone B, or $132,219–$172,619 in Zone C, depending on geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance for hirify.global solution areas.
• Help strategic customers demonstrate successful use cases to peers and expand the reach of hirify.global technologies.
• Align product capabilities with customer business needs and desired outcomes.
• Partner with internal, non-customer-facing teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.
• Deliver strategic technical guidance that supports value realization from hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in SaaS companies.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles involving technical administrators and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in Teamwork Foundations, including Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo.
• Experience implementing and optimizing teamwork methodologies and collaboration tools for enterprise organizations.
• Experience with Rovo agents, large language models, generative content, prompt engineering, and chat-mediated interactions.
• Fluent English required for business communication.

• Spanish, French, or Portuguese proficiency for business communication.
