What you will do

• Develop AWTG products for service assurance and automation of RAN/O-RAN networks.
• Collaborate with O-RAN SMEs, RAN optimization, and software development teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert delivering project deliverables in RAN/O-RAN domains.
• Work hands-on with O-RAN system design, RIC architecture, and Layer 1-3 protocol development.
• Engage in performance management and optimization of multi-vendor 4G/5G networks.
• Utilize SMO/OSS tools for automation and softwarisation processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London for onsite work
• Master’s degree in telecoms; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience with O-RAN system design, RIC architecture, and Layer 1-3 protocols.
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and programming languages.
• Experience in performance management and optimization of 4G/5G networks.
• SMO/OSS tool knowledge and automation experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in xApp/rApp development and AI/ML technologies.
• Ph.D. in a related field.
