Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: 4500-7000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with business goals and budgets.
• Conduct keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and attribution tools.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize creatives and copy.
• Stay updated on Google Ads features and advertising trends.
• Report campaign results and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania
• Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven ROI.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
