Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Vilnius

What you will do

Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and animators.
Script writing for actors to advertise products.
Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it.
Gather insights about target audiences and market trends.

Requirements

Native-level English fluency.
Understanding of digital traffic and effective creative formats.
Ability to track key metrics and analyze ad performance.
