What you will do

• Manage calendar audits, meeting logs, and analyze transcripts to maintain updates.
• Track and manage purchase orders, statements of work, and key performance indicators.
• Run weekly and monthly tasks including referral updates, executive reports, and ticket follow-ups.
• Create tasks to prompt Account Manager actions.
• Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and related tasks.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analysis, or Account Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
