Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (must be based within commuting distance of the hub).

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high levels of engagement with key decision makers.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop the portfolio by adding new business.
- Provide clients with regular business reviews, reports, and presentations using data analytics.
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets for up-selling and cross-selling of products.
- Develop long-term strategies to solve account-specific problems.
- Coordinate between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product integrations.
Requirements
- Dutch: Native speaker
- English: C1 level
- Previous work experience within the Benelux market
- Proven experience in account management or customer success.
- Ability to analyze and translate data for customers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
