Salary: $125,000 base plus $125,000 OTE annually

What you will do
- Lead long-term consultative sales engagements with mid-market and enterprise clients, collaborating with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships to understand partner needs and develop customized solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solution Engineering, Pricing, Product, Legal, and Growth Strategy.
- Create and deliver tailored sales materials such as financial models, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Generate qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach strategies using diverse tech tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and contribute to building a growing sales organization.
Requirements
- Located in the Bay Area and able to work onsite 3 days a week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales, consulting, or account management.
- Experience selling to retail industry or related technologies like payments, POS, martech, or API-driven solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Outbound lead sourcing experience with a high percentage of self-generated pipeline.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
