Location: San Francisco, CA, hybrid with 3 days in office

Salary: $125,000 base plus $125,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Lead long-term consultative sales engagements with mid-market and enterprise clients, collaborating with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships to understand partner needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solution Engineering, Pricing, Product, Legal, and Growth Strategy.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales materials such as financial models, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Generate qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach strategies using diverse tech tools.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and contribute to building a growing sales organization.

Requirements

  • Located in the Bay Area and able to work onsite 3 days a week
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales, consulting, or account management.
  • Experience selling to retail industry or related technologies like payments, POS, martech, or API-driven solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Outbound lead sourcing experience with a high percentage of self-generated pipeline.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
