What you will do
- Represent Adestra’s product and services to North American marketers.
- Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities.
- Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of full-time BDR/SDR or previous sales experience.
- Proven track record of quota attainment.
- Experience in sales development of marketing technology tools.
- Strong understanding of email and multi-channel marketing.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and modern prospecting techniques.
- Ability to leverage data aggregation and segmentation tools.
