What you will do

  • Represent Adestra’s product and services to North American marketers.
  • Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities.
  • Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of full-time BDR/SDR or previous sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience in sales development of marketing technology tools.
  • Strong understanding of email and multi-channel marketing.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and modern prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to leverage data aggregation and segmentation tools.
