Salary: $148,300 - $250,300 annually

What you will do

• Own and plan the digital experience roadmap and budgeting across multiple divisions and brands.
• Define and implement a cohesive digital experience strategy for consumer and B2B ecommerce and apps.
• Lead and mentor digital product teams, driving agile product management adoption and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project execution, and alignment with marketing and IT.
• Oversee testing roadmaps including UX, A/B, and multivariate testing to optimize digital experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics and UX teams to enhance product scorecards and user experience validation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid onsite 3 days per week in Mettawa, IL, United States
• English: B2 level or higher (job posting in English)
• Bachelor's degree in STEM; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 7+ years of digital product management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with agile product discovery, ecommerce platforms, and project management.
