Salary: $100,200–$148,320 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate marketing development from concept to final integrated plan with clear scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify and escalate project risks and dependencies for timely resolution.
• Manage BU Marketing Budget and monitor expenditures to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate events and activations calendar, logistics, and asset tracking including legal compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales, Product, and Creative teams, providing regular status updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing or consulting.
• Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Location: Hybrid work in Novato, California, United States
• English: B2 level or higher required
