What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for project coordination in the Semiconductor and RF Plasma Generation domain.
• Define project objectives and ensure implementation while focusing on cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish project organization and align internal resource and schedule planning.
• Manage internal/external partners and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Provide regular reports to management and customers, ensuring visibility of progress.
• Identify risks and implement targeted countermeasures.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in engineering, communications technology, or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of project management experience with in-depth knowledge of customer requirements.
• Expertise in risk, claim, and opportunity management.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies; familiarity with agile methods is a plus.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25%.
• Must reside in the US and have permanent work authorization.
