What you will do

• Lead execution of assigned product development programs following established processes.
• Motivate and manage cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Balance electrical, mechanical, and software development issues at the system level.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and manage product requirements.
• Lead design reviews, risk management, and manage technical partners/vendors.
• Prepare and manage all required project documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA, USA.
• BS degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing technical product development and 10+ years engineering experience in medical device industry.
• Experience with phase-gate development process and medical device regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
