What you will do
- Develop a territory plan for targeted accounts using Salesforce and sales technology.
- Generate new business pipeline through cold prospecting and partner collaborations.
- Guide customers through the full sales lifecycle from qualification to close.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their goals and sharing insights with the product team.
- Utilize sales enablement tools to measure activities and refine sales practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS technology.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the hirify.global platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation software.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
