Salary: €5,000–€6,000/month

What you will do

  • Convert qualified leads into loyal clients across Europe.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50%) to meet prospects and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team from the Dutch HQ.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially within existing Dutch customer base.
  • Focus sales efforts on 1–2 sectors such as retail, warehousing, hotels, and hospitality.
  • Adapt sales strategies to diverse European markets and close deals independently.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • 3+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience in European markets.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and independent deal closing.
  • Affinity with retail, warehousing, hotels, or hospitality sectors.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, or German.
