What you will do
- Lead and manage the Risk and Compliance framework under the company’s AFSL.
- Monitor regulatory developments and inform decision makers of updates.
- Oversee compliance monitoring and create reports for management.
- Supervise the AML Compliance Function and maintain legal documents.
- Perform annual risk assessments and update local policies.
- Communicate with ASIC and ensure governance matters are escalated.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of MIS experience.
- Academic Degree in Finance or Legal desired.
- Extensive knowledge of ASIC regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience/interest in cryptoassets and AI.
