Location: Hybrid work model based in Austin, Texas, USA, with territory covering key East Coast commercial hubs including New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida.

What you will do

  • Generate 100% of your sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account-based approaches.
  • Close new enterprise customers annually with an average deal size of $150K ARR in a high-growth technology market.
  • Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders across technical and business functions to position hirify.global's platform.
  • Manage sales cycles from discovery to close using MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop territory plans and represent hirify.global at industry events to build network and pipeline.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA with willingness to travel 25-35% for customer meetings and events.
  • 3-5 years of success in commercial or mid-market B2B SaaS sales with complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks and strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid and remote environment with a high-performance mindset.
