What you will do
- Set up and implement GKA strategies in coordination with internal teams.
- Identify and convert business opportunities into real projects.
- Develop new design-in and design-win projects.
- Coordinate technical, logistic, pricing, and commercial issues.
- Maintain CRM data and communicate with headquarters.
- Support budgeting and achieve individual annual goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China
- University degree, preferably in drive technology or power electronics.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in power electronics devices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
