TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Manager (Electrification and Energy Management): Lead and develop sales teams and strategic accounts in the Data Center and Energy Management sectors with an accent on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Focus on building North American vertical strategies, strengthening market position, and delivering value-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (US) with multiple office locations in Loves Park, Cleveland, Durham, Milwaukee, Cambridge, White City, and Baltimore

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams focused on Energy and Electrification verticals including Data Centers, Marine, H₂ & Power-to-X, Energy Storage Systems, and Ultra High Power Charging.
  • Build and execute the North American vertical strategy aligned with global division goals.
  • Strengthen hirify.global’ position with Data Center & Energy Management OEMs, system integrators, and project developers.
  • Provide strategic sales support and coaching to ensure value-driven solutions delivery.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums to enhance visibility and influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of sales, business development, or leadership experience in data center, energy management, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership in building and guiding successful sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of drives, electrification systems, energy storage, and power conversion technologies.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen with passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% regionally and globally as required.
