What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of data center project opportunities focusing on early engagement and long-term growth
- Collaborate with local colocation operators, design firms, and contractors to identify opportunities for solutions
- Coordinate with regional sales, OEM Key Account Managers, and product line sales teams to position products effectively
- Represent in local data center associations and participate in exhibitions and networking events
- Support sales leadership with account planning, funnel management, and market intelligence reporting
- Provide local market insights to inform broader European product strategy and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum three years of commercial HVAC/R industry experience, preferably with data center infrastructure and thermal management
- Strong knowledge and network of data center stakeholders preferred
- Experience in fast-moving, multicultural data center industry; project management experience is ideal
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% within South Europe
