What you will do

• Execute and continuously develop the PLM roadmap supporting the full product lifecycle.
• Own system functionality, resilience, and integrations with MCAD, ECAD, and ERP systems.
• Lead release management ensuring zero disruption to product development timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide expert-level user support for the PLM platform.
• Drive UX optimization and data compliance across teams.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements for PDM and ECM systems.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with PLM systems administration and configuration, Siemens Teamcenter preferred.
• Experience with migration strategies, testing, system upgrades, and PLM backend databases (SQL).
• Proficiency in Jira configuration for product development task management.
• Experience working with vendors to optimize system support and compatibility.
• Strong user support and UX optimization skills for power users.

Nice to have

• Technical skills managing integrations with MCAD/ECAD systems such as Altium, NX, Solidworks.
• Advanced analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical and functional issues.
• Ability to present technical strategies to business stakeholders and senior management.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and drive consensus.
