What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding business needs.
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure smooth solution implementation.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Location: Limassol, Cyprus
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey technical info to non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM platforms.
- Fluent English required.
