What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding business needs.
  • Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure smooth solution implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey technical info to non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Fluent English required.
