What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to troubleshoot and resolve merchant-related issues.
- Liaise with technical, financial, and operational teams to meet merchant needs.
- Monitor VIP merchant traffic, proactively escalating anomalies or risks, and managing terminal registration workflows.
- Track integration timelines, follow up on merchant deliverables, and escalate delays.
- Handle day-to-day merchant requests related to reporting, settlements, banking details, balance management, and account discrepancies.
- Set up sandbox environments, manage user access, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience in payments, fintech, or merchant operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on merchant satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
