Lead Product Manager (Technology)

TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (GTM): Leading product enhancements and market-facing initiatives to meet customer needs and align with business objectives with an accent on go-to-market strategy and user experience improvements. Focus on campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month). Must be based in Coppell, TX; Kennesaw, GA; Tampa, FL; or Wichita, KS

Salary: $107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of technology products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Drive user experience and interface design improvements.
• Manage go-to-market planning, including campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Technology Product Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tax & accounting software industry or a public accounting firm.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Strong experience in customer engagement and translating insights into product strategy.
• Demonstrated success in go-to-market planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and large audiences.
