What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple supply-side sales and operations teams to grow and engage the veterinary network.
• Manage sales leaders and build a metrics-driven organization focused on conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Own national supply strategy ensuring balanced coverage and responsiveness to demand.
• Design scalable onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and engagement processes integrating CRM and automation tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align growth targets and systems.
• Drive culture of inclusion, ownership, and continuous improvement grounded in sales excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with ability to travel ~40% of the time.
• 15+ years experience in marketplace operations, clinician or labor supply management, or workforce logistics.
• Proven success leading large distributed teams and managing managers.
• Expertise in data-driven strategy, workforce forecasting, and operational scaling.
• Strong collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Passion for improving veterinary professionals’ lives through operational excellence and innovation.
