Analyst Application Engineer (AI): Developing and delivering AI-based technical solutions to scale middle office outsourcing business and support hirify.global and client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem with an accent on AI integration, process optimization, and scalable technology solutions. Focus on building testable software, solving complex problems, and collaborating across teams in an agile environment.

Location: Hybrid, Gurgaon, India with at least 4 days in office per week

What you will do

  • Craft, develop, and deliver AI-based and technical solutions to help scale the organization.
  • Build solutions for hirify.global and over 20 client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem.
  • Work with technologies such as AI, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, and open-source tools.
  • Operate in an agile environment emphasizing incremental innovation and testable software development.
  • Collaborate closely with users, designers, developers, and product managers to translate ideas into working prototypes.
  • Solve complex problems focusing on process optimization, data, and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work model with at least 4 days in office per week in Gurgaon, India
  • 1+ year experience in Python or Core Java (Spring Framework).
  • Experience with object-oriented design patterns and devops tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Agile development concepts and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and collaborate across geographies.
  • Curiosity, flexibility, attention to detail, critical thinking, and drive for innovation.
