What you will do

• Monitor and optimize ML model performance and output quality.
• Automate and scale data pipelines and model serving workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams in a global environment.
• Troubleshoot ML systems to identify issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Promote code quality and MLOps standards across the organization.
• Contribute to internal Communities of Practice and participate in mentorship programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle and model performance metrics.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Background in market research, pricing, or revenue assurance.
