What you will do

• Design and implement complex agentic workflows and assistant platforms using the LangChain ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize RAG and GraphRAG pipelines to provide agents with deep domain knowledge.
• Architect scalable, distributed AI services integrated into existing Kubernetes environments.
• Implement robust monitoring, tracing, and evaluation frameworks using LangSmith, LangFuse, and Promptfoo.
• Build and manage agent toolsets, including the implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while contributing to internal AI strategy.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with the LangChain ecosystem (LangGraph, LangServe) for production-grade LLM applications.
• Proven track record of building autonomous agents or sophisticated assistant platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and emerging GraphRAG methodologies.
• Expert-level Python skills with a focus on clean, asynchronous code.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage scalable, distributed systems within a Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience with Agentic Ops platforms for debugging and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, particularly for integrating AI services with core banking backends.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native logging/monitoring.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the banking and financial services industry.
