What you will do

• Work with complex requirements, breaking those into solvable workstreams.
• Pilot innovative ways to discern demand indicators from a variety of hirify.global proprietary and publicly available data sources.
• Build and design LLM interfaces that allow hirify.global’s analysts to gain a better understanding of A.I. trends as well as client priorities.
• Perform comprehensive descriptive analytics to identify patterns and insights that influence high-tech business strategies.
• Develop and maintain HTI intellectual property by using statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends.
• Communicate clearly the modeling approach and complex data findings based on a command of the facts, analysis, and understanding of the requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 9+ years of progressive business experience involving advanced analytics, complex problem solving, and data science.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required with a master’s degree preferred in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
• Expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and implementing core statistical and machine learning models.
• Proven ability to deploy, monitor, and scale models in production environments.
• Proficient with AWS, GCP, Azure and tools (e.g., Databricks) for large-scale data and model management.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using relevant libraries for data analysis, machine learning, and numerical computing for developing scalable engineering solutions.
