What you will do

• Develop ML/AI models using deep learning, graph learning, and generative models for target prioritization and multi-omics integration.
• Build and optimize scalable and interpretable models for real-world R&D use cases.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines to curate and integrate diverse chemical, biological, and imaging datasets.
• Implement MLOps/DevOps workflows to deploy ML models into production R&D environments.
• Collaborate with discovery scientists to translate experimental data into insights for hit discovery and compound optimization.
• Promote high standards for data quality, documentation, governance, and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience applying ML/AI in scientific domains such as drug discovery, biology, or chemistry.
• Strong Python skills with proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and RDKit.
• Practical experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• English: B2+ or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma or biotech discovery, including phenotypic screening and medicinal chemistry workflows.
• Familiarity with omics, high-content imaging, or chemical structure data.
• Knowledge of FAIR data standards and working within regulated or quality-governed environments.
