What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning and GenAI solutions.
• Develop systems for structured data, unstructured text, time series, and LLM-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and MLOps engineers to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Translate ambiguous problems and user discovery insights into effective technical solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate based on results.
• Establish best practices for experimentation, model deployment, and AI product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, applied data science, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-ready ML systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL and data querying workflows.
• Experience across the full ML lifecycle: problem definition, exploratory analysis, prompt development, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Git, MLflow, and cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms, including prompting and evaluation.
• Experience using coding agents or AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience building GenAI features specifically for user-facing products.
• Background in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Experience mentoring other practitioners or providing technical leadership.
