What you will do

• Develop cutting-edge ML applications focusing on NLP, RAG systems, and multi-modal models.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data infrastructure to model optimization.
• Build LLMOps pipelines to enable model observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
• Design and develop agentic systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into production-ready ML solutions.
• Partner with Data Scientists and DevOps engineers to support the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying real-world machine learning solutions.
• Hands-on production experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python and the core data science and machine learning ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD/CT practices.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases for evaluation.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Kubeflow or Airflow.
