TL;DR

Senior Channel Sales Engineer (IoT): Driving revenue growth through consultative selling and technical support for hirify.global’s mobile and IoT management solutions with an accent on product demonstrations, solution architecture, and pre-sales technical support. Focus on collaborating with regional sales teams, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to product enhancements.

Location: Remote from Czech Republic or Poland (Consultancy Contract)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and presenting a solution-oriented persona.
  • Deliver email and phone-based pre-sales technical support for hirify.global’s software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that clearly articulate business and technical value.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales team, clients, and internal product development teams.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global solutions and position clear business value to decision-makers.
  • Present solution architecture and provide hands-on pre-sales technical support for POC engagements.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent English and fluent Czech/Slovak (both written and verbal).
  • Professional Background: Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, BYOD, and SaaS environments).
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Proven experience in technical roles with direct customer interaction (Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Technical Knowledge: Networking fundamentals (DNS, IP networking, Firewalls), Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, IdP, Certificate management, Active Directory, LDAP, Database technologies (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), Containerization, and Virtualization.
  • Understanding of business processes and the sales cycle.

Nice to have

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange.
  • Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • Android Enterprise Professional or formal sales training (value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman).
  • Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML).
  • Experience with customer service / Incident management software.
