Focus on operationalizing disciplined co-selling motions, aligning with hirify.global sales leadership, and converting joint solution value into customer outcomes.

What you will do

  • Manage strategic Tier-1 ISV portfolios aligned to hirify.global priorities (e.g., virtualization modernization, cloud-native platforms, AI infrastructure).
  • Drive disciplined co-sell execution by embedding structured co-sell motions and orchestrating joint account mapping.
  • Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline aligned to regional revenue targets and velocity.
  • Enable hirify.global field sellers with workload-based solution narratives, enablement sessions, and solution asset kits.
  • Build executive relationships with ISV leadership and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clear scorecards.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in Alliances, Channel, or Ecosystem leadership within enterprise software.
  • Proven track record driving co-sell revenue motions across multiple countries.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, cloud-native platforms, virtualization, storage, security, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure ecosystems (Kubernetes, Linux, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure).
  • Experience managing executive-level ISV relationships.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Experience in open-source or infrastructure software environments.
  • Demonstrated success building multi-partner sales plays.
  • Comfort operating in matrixed global organizations and a data-driven mindset.
